Digital Signage

Overview​

Digital signage allows the sharing of relevant content and information on TVs, computers, smartphones, and tablets. Organisations can communicate with their customers and/or workforce through digital signage, video walls, IPTV, kiosks, dashboards, and apps on mobile devices.

Managers often use cloud-based management systems to add content such as images, videos, website links and live streams. Content such as brand-consistent announcements are available using HTML, and often show content and data from multiple third-party systems.

Integration Overview​

Utilising the Orchestra REST API, it is possible to integrate a digital signage provider's solution, to provide a solution that combines digital signage with relevant real-time and historic customer journey information. This content can be used to present to customers and your internal teams.
