Get profile for the specified user

/rest/managementinformation/v2/branches/:branch/users/:username/profile

Get profile for the specified user.

A service point, which may have many users, can possibly have several "active" work profiles - one per user.

If a user's work profile has been cleared (ServicePointService#clearWorkProfile(Integer, String)) then this call will return 404 with exception code com.qmatic.qp.exception.QExceptionCode#E8010.
