Get information about each service point on the specified branch

/rest/managementinformation/v2/branches/:branch/servicePoints

Get information about each service point on the specified branch. Service point information contains configuration data together with current state and users active on the service point.

Counters are available for:

  • Transactions: Counter is updated when a visit or service called from the queue is ended or the visit transferred to a queue, service point pool or user pool

  • Recycles: Counter is updated when a visit called from the queue is recycled

  • Customers served: Counter is updated when the visit is ended

Management information data for a branch is reset on reset or publish.
