Get user by username

GET 
/qsystem/rest/config/aaa/users/:userName

Get user by username. The retrieved user will either be a database user or an external user. The source attribute will indicate which one. The database source takes precedence, so if there is a database user and an external user sharing user name, only the database user will be retrieved.
