Gets the value of an existing global system parameter

/qsystem/rest/config/systemParameters/localAccess/:parameterName

Gets the value of an existing global system parameter. This is for internal use and can only be run towards localhost Example usage:

curl -i -X GET http://localhost:orchestra-port/qsystem/rest/config/systemParameters/internalAccess/stat.upload.address.host
