Get all appointments for customer externalId

GET 
/calendar-backend/public/api/v1/customers/externalId/:externalId/appointments

Get all appointments for customer externalId.

Get all appointments for the Customer identified by the supplied externalId (maps into the cardNumber field of the Customer object).

NOTE: This endpoint by default requires authentication
