Get information about each queue on the specified branch

/rest/managementinformation/v2/branches/:branch/queues

Get information about each queue on the specified branch. Queue information contains configuration queue configuration data together with counters for actions on visits.

Counters are available for:

  • Transactions: Counter is updated when a visit or service called from the queue is ended or the visit transferred to a queue, service point pool or user pool

  • Recycles: Counter is updated when a visit called from the queue is recycled

  • Customers served: Counter is updated when the visit is ended

  • Services served: Counter is updated when a service on the visit is ended

Management information data for a branch is reset on reset or publish.
