Get time zones

GET 
/calendar-backend/api/v1/branches/timezones

Get time zones.

Get all available time zone id's as supplied by java.util.TimeZone#getAvailableIDs()

Example:

An array of TZ ID string ("Europe/Stockholm" etc), sorted alphabetically
